1. Services

ModernCar Paint & Panels provides professional automotive paint and panel services, including:

• Vehicle resprays and touch-ups
• Colour matching
• Dent and scratch repair
• Panel repair or replacement
• Custom finishes and car wraps
• Paint protection film (PPF) installation

All services are subject to workshop availability, parts supply, and assessment of the vehicle condition.

2. Bookings

• Appointments can be made via phone, email, or our online booking form.
• All work is scheduled based on workshop availability.
• Customers must provide accurate vehicle details, including make, model, and specific service requirements.
• Vehicles must be accessible at the scheduled appointment time.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Quotes are provided upfront wherever possible.
• Additional charges may apply for complex jobs or specialised materials.
• Payment is due upon completion of the service.
• We accept EFTPOS, credit/debit cards, and cash.
• All prices include GST unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancelling an appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice will not incur a fee.
• Cancelling within 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee, depending on the work booked.
• Refunds are issued only for pre-paid services not completed due to ModernCar Paint & Panels’ error.

5. Liability

• We take great care in handling all vehicles.
• ModernCar Paint & Panels is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or mechanical issues unrelated to our services.
• Loss of personal items left in the vehicle is the responsibility of the owner.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide complete and accurate vehicle information.
• Ensure the vehicle is accessible and safe for workshop staff.
• Cooperate with staff respectfully and follow any workshop instructions.

7. Website Use

• Content on our website is for general information only.
• We may update the website at any time.
• Users must not misuse the website or interfere with its operation.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, including text, images, and logos, is owned by ModernCar Paint & Panels.
• Reproduction or use without written consent is prohibited.

9. Privacy

• We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
